We have over 25 years experience of contract mixing, blending and packaging and as such can offer the highest quality service.
The company has extensive experience in blending materials from 10 microns to 10mm and currently works with many leading UK blue chip companies. Contract processing of more specialised raw materials, often having difficult and unusual characteristics and frequently requiring dedicated plant, is an increasing requirement. We offer a complete service to meet specific customer needs from our wealth of experience in processing minerals.

Hoben International have supplied materials used on some of Europe’s largest construction projects, including the Channel Tunnel and over many years have supplied materials into the cement, mining, civil engineering and refractory industries.
Almost any dry powder or aggregate can be processed. Our manufacturing system has been developed over the years making us leading experts in material processing.
Large revolving drum blenders are capable of processing batches up to 5 tonnes and production runs of up to 250 tonnes per week can be achieved.
Capabilities
Our mixers give rapid blending of all powders and aggregates; we are particularly effective at incorporating trace additives (0.0005%) into bulk mixes. Total consistency is guaranteed from batch to batch.
Specialised equipment has been added for incorporating glass and ceramic fibres. Finished products can be packaged into valve or open mouth sacks, drums, buckets or bulk bags from 25kg up to 1500kgs.
Hoben International is able to accept materials for processing in bulk tankers, lorries and bulk tippers into our dry storage and dry tipping areas.
