We offer a contract mixing, blending and bagging service for dry powders & aggregates. We have over 25 years experience of contract blending and packaging and offer the highest quality service.

Almost any dry powder or aggregate can be processed. Our manufacturing system has been developed over the years making us leading experts in material processing.

Large revolving drum blenders are capable of processing batches up to 5 tonnes and production runs of up to 250 tonnes per week.  Our mixers give rapid blending of powders and aggregates; we can effectively incorporate trace additives into bulk mixes. 

Total consistency is guaranteed in every batch. Specialised equipment has been added for incorporating glass and ceramic fibres. Finished products can be packaged into valve or open mouth sacks, drums, or bulk bags from 25kg – 1500kgs. 

Hoben International is able to accept materials for processing in bulk tankers, lorries and bulk tippers into our dry storage and dry tipping areas.
